This proposal is an attempt to redefine civic space as a connection between interior and exterior urban conditions .Three programs, aqua center, supermarket and parking Lots, by them have the potential of making a public space. They Don’t have specific customers like offices on California plaza .The project produce a situation that invite public directly to the complex by small plazas in every and each side of the site.

Small plazas in each side of the site deployed to keep the street continuous. Public programs may continue into the complex by plazas.
